Welcome to our accommodation! Please take the time to read the following house rules, which have been put together to ensure a relaxing stay and a pleasant experience.<\/div>

Check in & check out<\/strong><\/div>
    • The accommodation is available to you from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. If you wish to use the accommodation outside of these times, prior arrangement with the host is required.<\/li>
    • The key can be collected in person or from a key safe; the PIN code for the latter is sent upon finalization of payment.<\/span><\/li>
    • Upon check-in, you are required to scan your personal identification document via the link provided and present it upon request so that the host can fulfill mandatory data reporting obligations.<\/span><\/li>
    • Should you decide to cut your stay short, we are unable to refund the amount paid.<\/span><\/li>
    • On the day of departure, please return all the keys you received. In the event of lost keys, we charge a fee of 20,000 HUF to cover the cost of changing the locks.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                      Fire protection<\/strong><\/div>
                        • Fires may only be lit in the designated fire pit using the provided firewood, during calm weather, and while equipped with a bucket of water for extinguishing. In the event of a fire, immediately begin extinguishing it using the fire extinguisher located at the designated site, call the fire department at 112, and then notify the host.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                          Equipment<\/strong><\/div>
                            • Please use the furnishings and equipment solely for their intended purpose.<\/span><\/li>
                            • Removing room furnishings and equipment\u2014such as towels, blankets, and bed linen\u2014from the premises of the accommodation is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/li>
                            • We inspect the condition of the apartments upon arrival and departure. Any damage caused must be settled on-site.<\/span><\/li>
                            • If you notice any defects, please notify us immediately using the contact details below. Please note that we cannot accept retrospective claims.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                              Cleaning \/ waste<\/strong><\/div>
                                • We hand over the accommodation in a clean condition; cleaning during your stay is provided only upon specific request.<\/span><\/li>
                                • If you stay at the accommodation for more than 7 days, general cleaning and a change of towels and bed linen are available upon prior arrangement.<\/span><\/li>
                                • Household waste must be disposed of exclusively in the designated bins. Please do not leave trash in the corridors, behind doors, or in common areas.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                                      Lost valuables & compensation<\/strong><\/div>
                                        • We are able to keep valuables left behind in the room for two months, and upon request, we will mail them to the address provided.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • The accommodation provider assumes no liability and is unable to pay compensation for:<\/span>
                                            • for damages resulting from natural disasters, e.g., hail, lightning strikes<\/span><\/li>
                                            • for inconveniences or damages resulting from network failures or operational malfunctions of utility service providers<\/span><\/li>
                                            • for any accidents, personal injuries, or property damage.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                                                • Our accommodation features an infrared sauna; please observe the relevant rules. Children under the age of 14 may use the wellness area only when accompanied by an adult.<\/span><\/li>
                                                • Use of the wellness area while under the influence of alcohol is prohibited; furthermore, the consumption of food or beverages and the use of sharp objects are not permitted in the infrared sauna. Further information can be found in the wellness house rules.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                                                  Noise Ordinance<\/strong><\/div>
                                                    • In accordance with local noise regulations, making noise or playing loud music is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, out of respect for the peace and quiet of guests and neighbors.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
