To confirm the booking, a 50% deposit is required, which can be paid via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or SZÉP card. Once you have indicated your intention to book, you have 72 hours to transfer the amount; otherwise, the booking will be cancelled. 

Our prices are in forints and are gross prices; they do not include the tourist tax. 

Accommodation is free of charge for children under 3 years of age. 

During peak periods, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required; on weekends and weekdays, a minimum of 2 nights. 

We cannot accommodate pets. 

Select the desired days in the booking system, then enter your details. You will receive a confirmation of your successful booking via email. 

Cancellations are accepted exclusively via email at info@mandulabodrogkisfalud.hu. Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival, in which case the deposit will be refunded. We are unable to refund the deposit for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival. 

In the event of cancellation within 7 days, 100% of the accommodation fee is payable. 

Booking modifications must be requested in writing by emailing info@mandulabodrogkisfalud.hu. Changes to the date are possible only up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival, subject to availability. We will confirm the new date in writing.

Payment options for settling the deposit: 

- advance bank transfer (please include the name, bank account number, and booking number in the payment reference)

- payment by bank card 

- payment by SZÉP card 

The remaining balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival. 

Should you decide to cut your stay short, we are unable to refund the amount paid. 

The tourist tax is not included in the displayed accommodation rate; it must be settled at the same time as the remaining balance. The amount is 300 HUF per night for each person aged 18 or older.
